After signing 10k clients in France, we launch our new country : the UK.
To meet these challenges, we are recruiting the first Inside Sales UK (F/M/NB) on permanent contracts: a key position at Jump to launch our new country : the UK.
You will be responsible for managing our leads and converting them into clients
You will manage the entire sales cycle, from negotiation to closing and onboarding
You will become a specialist in the freelancing market (we will train you on this!)
You will help us structure the sales activity to ensure operational excellence
You will identify new growth opportunities with the entire team
You will be able to evolve quickly with Jump by taking responsibility for a wide range of topics, where professional development opportunities will be plentiful
You will have a concrete impact on the lives of thousands of freelancers

You have up minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales, Account Executive, or Business Developer.

Our recruitment process:
Screening Interview - 30 minutes with Léonard, our Head of Sales
Business Case - A practical case with Léonard, Head of Sales, and maybe Nicolas, Chief Executive Officer.
Behavioural Interviews - Informal discussions with other Jumpers to ensure cultural fit!
