Be the first Sales for the UK market we just launch early 2026 !!!

After signing 10k clients in France, we launch our new country : the UK.

To meet these challenges, we are recruiting the first Inside Sales UK (F/M/NB) on permanent contracts: a key position at Jump to launch our new country : the UK.

  • You will be responsible for managing our leads and converting them into clients

  • You will manage the entire sales cycle, from negotiation to closing and onboarding

  • You will become a specialist in the freelancing market (we will train you on this!)

  • You will help us structure the sales activity to ensure operational excellence

  • You will identify new growth opportunities with the entire team

  • You will be able to evolve quickly with Jump by taking responsibility for a wide range of topics, where professional development opportunities will be plentiful

  • You will have a concrete impact on the lives of thousands of freelancers

Preferred experience

  • You have up minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales, Account Executive, or Business Developer.

  • You are a problem solver: nothing can stop you!

  • You are ambitious and want to participate in a crazy entrepreneurial adventure

  • You have a sense of organization: you are able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload

  • You are passionate and curious: you are constantly on the lookout and love interacting with your peers… you are in perpetual learning mode #testandlearn


Recruitment process

Our recruitment process:

  • Screening Interview - 30 minutes with Léonard, our Head of Sales

  • Business Case - A practical case with Léonard, Head of Sales, and maybe Nicolas, Chief Executive Officer.

  • Behavioural Interviews - Informal discussions with other Jumpers to ensure cultural fit!

  • Reference check

  • Founder Interview - 30 minutes with our CEO Nicolas
