The position

Job description

We are seeking a Requirements and Compliance Engineer who is passionate about products and driven by curiosity. This opportunity is available at either our Troyes or Parisian office.

We are a Clean Tech French startup that will revolutionize the mobility of tomorrow, working in the field of carbon-free transport technologies. 

You will work in a cool and stimulating atmosphere, and you will be in contact with the product phases from prototyping to industrialization.

  • Be highly motivated and curious :)

  • Coordinate and ensure that, for all projects impacting certification and compliance, type approvals for components, systems or vehicles affected by the project are issued in accordance with the project plan.

  • Maintain delivery of legal documents throughout the life of the product family, as requested by authorities.

  • Communicate and interact with external partners.

  • Collaborate closely with the team on multidisciplinary projects.

  • Take initiative, and work autonomously and rigorously. Of course, you’ll always be able to raise a hand for help when needed ;)

Preferred experience

Strong core expertise in the below fields:

  • CAD and mechanical design. Experience with Fusion is a plus!

  • System automation and robotics

  • Electronics and PCB design

  • Embedded software programming

  • EV Knowledge and Experience strongly preferred

  • High-voltage battery systems design experience strongly preferred

Other skills needed:

  • English is mandatory

  • Knowledge of vehicle-related compliance regulations and certifications.

  • Good organizational skills

  • Experience with production and industrialization is a plus

  • Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, and overcome challenges as they arise.
