Our new Marketing Automation Project Manager will be focused on collaborating with our Marketing team in order to optimize retention and revenue from our excellent US based clients and prospective clients.

You will report directly to the Senior Marketing Automation Manager and work with our CEO of North America.

As Marketing Automation Project Manager you will benefit from flexible hybrid remote policy and have the opportunity to travel to one of our eight international locations. Travel may be required up to 20%.

As Marketing Automation Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage and guide marketing automation campaigns for US self-service and ENT clients/leads
  • Conduct AB tests with Marketing Automation & Growth Ops teams to exceed performance
  • Develop and implement high value email campaigns
  • Strategically develop outstanding new automation campaigns including content, integration, targeting, set-up & monitoring for the NorAm market
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs on Marketing Automation initiatives
  • Hit and exceed designated targets across all marketing channels
  • Test and learn (AB tests) / continuous improvement approach to the existing system.
  • Provide clear recommendations for our current CRM flows & strategy based on US customer demands and benchmark analysis.
  • Partner closely with our Product Marketing Managers to develop effective content that encourages users to engage multiple products
  • Align with Product and Solutions marketers to facilitate delivery and analysis of content distribution for cross functional campaigns and product launches.
  • What will contribute to your success:

  • At least 2-3 years of work experience as a Email Marketing Manager or Marketing Automation Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS business
  • Experience working with Email Campaign platforms such as Brevo, MailChimp, Braze, Hubspot, etc.
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to work among cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to develop impactful marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Fantastic team player, open-minded and enthusiastic
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Work well under pressure in a fast paced SaaS environment
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising unique content & effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Self-Driven and motivated to bring essential
  • Extensive knowledge of the latest trends and email marketing best practices
