About The Role

Ready to make a real impact at the forefront of fintech innovation? Kyriba is searching for an experienced and dynamic Implementation Excellence & Adoption Lead to champion the successful adoption and optimal use of our industry-leading platform. In this high-visibility role, you'll empower internal teams and partner consultants, shape best practices, solve complex implementation challenges, and drive long-term success strategies for clients worldwide.

Key Tasks

  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding internal teams and partners on Kyriba implementation and adoption best practices.

  •  Develop, promote, and align Kyriba platform best practices with industry standards and company goals.

  • Ensure efficient deployments and resolve complex challenges throughout the implementation process.

  • Design tailored solution architectures in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Advise internal and external stakeholders on architectural decisions and adoption strategies.

  • Resolve complex support and implementation issues with deep Kyriba expertise.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance processes and user experience.

  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to strengthen team and partner capabilities.

    • What We're Looking For

  • 10 + years of experience in implementation and solution architecture, with proven in-depth knowledge of the treasury platform.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

  • Extensive experience with multiple implementations

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and resolve complex implementation and support challenges.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders and facilitating collaboration.

  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and drive change within dynamic and fast-paced environments
