Thibaud joined us Magasinier Principal for our Villeneuve-Loubet warehouse in August 2023. Since then he has progressed through not one but two promotions. He now oversees our Villeneuuve-Loubet site as a whole as well as running the distribution and operations across the whole of Europe.
Thibaud showed his dedication, passion and responsibility almost as soon as he joined us and quickly gained the advocacy of our Senior Team. He has become an integral part of our management team and a trusted leader in a short space of time.
Training never ends at Reach Food Group. We have frequent focus groups and feedback meetings to make sure learning is ongoing.
Health and safety training is undertaken in house to ensure maximum absorption of information. Whilst specialist training is undertaken with experts in the field.
Each year, team members agree training and development goals with their managers to work toward together. For employees developing into new roles we explore qualifications that would be advantageous to their growth.

Reach Food teams plan their years around our events. From summer barbecues to Christmas parties to drinks receptions overlooking the Monaco Grand Prix.
Our communal kitchen at the office also doubles up as an event space. If our catering partners are showcasing new recipes or produce, the whole team is offered to attend.
We hold regular team building events each year to bring the team together and strengthen communication.
We take advantage of our international offices to offer trips and visits whenever possible.
