The position

Job description

As part of the Acquisition Team, the Web Analytics Intern will help Julien, our Web Analyst, to provide meaningful analyses, actionable insights and automated dashboards of Qonto’s performances for the acquisition Team and the other departments while securing Qonto’s data tracking. We register more than 1 million sessions each month so there are plenty of questions we want to unlock ;-)

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Web Analytics Intern at Qonto, you will

Use our analytics solution (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar) to identify the main drops and pain points on our conversion paths, measure new action and features impacts. You will also deep dive into ad-hoc analyses with impactful insights to then suggest and define changes, projects, AB tests or personalizations

Build dashboards about our acquisition performances and website conversion. You will also coordinate with various teams to help them create and share visual dashboards about their Acquisition KPIs

Improve the web analytics data by helping make our tracking plan evolve on our 4 markets and define proper specifications for new features, events, paths we want to track in our analytics tools.

💪 Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any of your questions

- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to create a strong alignment on what they will expect from you and tell you more about their way of operating

- A fully remote exercise to evaluate your abilities and give you a taste of what you could work on at Qonto

- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you envision yourself at the company

- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
