Join us as a Compensation & Benefits Apprentice at Qonto to support our HR team in automating and managing key compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonuses, and equity plans.


Under the guidance of Margaux (Compensation & Benefits Manager), you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our compensation practices are streamlined, transparent, and effectively communicated, contributing directly to our goal of being an employer of choice in a fast-paced international environment.


👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Compensation & Benefits Assistant at Qonto, you will


Support the execution of various compensation cycles (salary increases, bonuses, and equity plans) by creating and managing data collection files.

• Automate Excel files and monitor the budget to ensure efficiency and accuracy in compensation processes.

Collaborate with finance and team leads to ensure alignment with compensation policies.

Contribute to post-cycle analysis and support data cleaning efforts for benchmark tools.

Participate in key projects, including the implementation of Workday for integrated compensation and benefits management.

• You are currently pursuing or will start a master's degree in HR or finance.

• You possess strong Excel skills and have a keen eye for detail and design.

• You are autonomous, proactive, and eager to take on hands-on responsibilities.

• You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working with finance teams and senior stakeholders.

• You thrive in an international, fast-paced environment and are excited by the opportunity to contribute to key projects.
