Founded in 2019 by Romain Niccoli (ex founder and CTO of Criteo) and Eléonore Crespo (Index Ventures and Google), Pigment is a fast-growing international scale-up that raised $240M+ to become the central business planning solution powering Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing decisions.
We serve fast-growing companies including Gong, Carta, Ledger, Deliveroo, Brex, Melio, and Spendesk to name a few!
We have offices in Paris, London, New York and Toronto.

What you'll do
Serve as a trusted advisor, the primary point of contact, and ambassador for Partners and Pigment alike to ensure Partner successAnticipate partner needs and facilitate coordination through onboarding and ongoing day-to-day actionsGuide partners to expand existing client relationships and foster new accounts resulting in increased software revenueFacilitate and manage partner business planning, QBRs, assessments, etc.Facilitate and manage partner interactions with Pigment Team (Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, Sales, Services, Enablement, Customer Success, Partner Operations, and Executive Leadership)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to innovate solutions and generate dealsManage Partner and Pigment Account Mapping to ensure the pipeline is optimized and deals are moving seamlessly through the sales cycleEvaluate and align marketing plans and action itemsHandle administrative functions related to Partner Account and ensure internal tools are updated and sales hygiene is maintainedEstablish methods to track the quality of partner account dataSupport Partners and internal stakeholders' ad-hoc requests and jump in where needed (e.g., workspace creation, legal agreement support, webinars, etc.) Who you are
Experience in alliances, account management, sales, or professional services at a software/SaaS company or consulting/implementation providerProven track record of building strong C-level executive and/or partner practice lead relationshipsA team player with a deep sense of empathy and dedicationHighly detail-oriented and execution focusedExperience in preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audienceStrategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environmentAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to partner needsExperience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervisionWhat we offer
