Yesterday start-up, now scale-up, LEGOS was born from a simple idea: to make telecoms accessible. We have created a platform allowing the convergence of fixed, mobile, voice, SMS and also data, all in white label.

Multicultural, innovative and ambitious, Legos aims to become the number 1 converged operator by breaking down the boundaries of telecoms.

Agile and positioned in promising segments, Legos has experienced strong growth in recent years, with a turnover multiplied by two over the last three years.

Beyond our development in France, we are now extending our ambition to the whole of Europe, that is why we recrut a Sales Manager (German Speaker) to develop the local market!

As Sales Manager, you will work with the Senior Sales Manager Khamis SAHLA. You will be responsible for the opening of new customer accounts, and will participate in the customer relationship of the company’s historical and current accounts.

Preferred experience

Your main missions will be:

  • Build a strategic development plan for voice, SMS and mobile projects in France and internationally to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Identify and analyze business opportunities related to other services to ensure technical feasibility

  • Ensure customer relations with existing customers, and develop new customer accounts

  • Participate in professional events (trade shows, conferences, customer evenings…)

  • Manage and support Solution Manager profiles: organize weekly meetings and provide sales updates to the management team

  • Negotiate, and advise clients in line with their strategy

  • Establish budgets and sales forecasts

  • Follow the different KPIs defined with management

  • Participate in the continuity of good cohesion between the different departments of the company to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.


  • With an engineering background and 5-10 years of international experience, you now want to enhance your commercial expertise acquired in the field of Telecoms.

  • You like to work in a team, have a real listening quality and enjoy bringing the right solution to customers.

  • You speak German and English fluently.

  • Legos has recently approached an investor allowing it strong international growth: become a player in this acceleration!

  • Interaction with decision-makers is daily and large-scale projects are carried out.

The position can be based either in Germany or Paris, France.

Recruitment process
