Help us digitalize international freight transportation!

Our job is to coordinate the transports of 700+ companies across 60 countries, and provide our clients with a unique platform on which their teams can manage their shipments in a simple and transparent way.

OVRSEA targets SMBs and midcaps in a wide variety of sectors: cosmetics (Nuxe, Wander Beauty), chemicals (Crodarom, Seppic), retail (A.P.C., Paraboots, izipizi, Palladium), electric bikes (Cowboy), high-tech (Devialet), industry (Lincoln Electric)...

The Italian Team

You will join a fast-growing team based in Milan, where our office opened just two years ago and is now entering a phase of strong acceleration. The team is led by Giovanni, our Country Manager, and is structured into two parts: Sales, who drive our growth by selling our services, and Operations, who deliver our services by managing transportation from A to Z.

We operate as one team, Sales and Ops working closely together to grow our client base, open new verticals, and deliver an outstanding results. You will play a key role in taking our Italian clients operations to the next level.

Your missions as an Account Executive at OVRSEA

👉 Build your pipeline & Acquire new clients

- Combine outbound (LinkedIn, email, calls) and inbound strategies to create qualified opportunities.

- Lead customer-centric demos tailored to prospect needs to spark engagement and build closing momentum.

- Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, from the first touchpoint to signature.

👉 Onboard & nurture strategic accounts

- Partner with the Ops team to ensure a seamless onboarding process and an outstanding client experience.

- Conduct regular business reviews to gather feedback, identify risks, and define action plans over a 6+ month period.

- Build deep expertise in supply chain/logistics to advise clients on their key challenges and become their trusted advisor.

👉 Contribute to team growth & cross-functional collaboration

- Play an active role in the development of the Milan office, contributing to team culture and local success.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Ops, Procurement, and Business Performance teams to share insights and align efforts.

- Take initiative on cross-team projects (sales enablement, process improvements) that drive our collective performance.

Are you The One?

- Native Italian speaker with fluent English (French is a plus)

- You are a natural hunter: you don't wait for opportunities, you create your pipeline

- You have 1-3+ years of B2B sales experience, with full-cycle and closing responsibilities

- Entrepreneurial mindset: you want to build something meaningful within a growing scale-up

- Client-centric and a great listener, you know how to build trust and long-term partnerships

- You are motivated by impact, fast learning, and owning your growth
