Our job is to coordinate the transport of 700+ companies across 60 countries and provide our clients with a unique platform on which their teams can manage their shipments in a simple and transparent way.

Job Description

What does it mean to be an Account Executive at Ovrsea?

You will be joining a dynamic sales team, a team that is the engine of our growth, and where there is a strong emphasis on pedagogy and teamwork. More specifically, as an Account Executive, you will be in charge of managing your own portfolio, from closing a prospect to nurturing a long-lasting relationship. You will be highly autonomous and will contribute to changing the way goods are transported around the world, while always putting your customer first.

What will you do?

-Develop a portfolio of SME and ETI customers with recurring international flows.

-Uphold a consultative approach: understand clients’ pain points and needs, and identify how our platform and services can help them in the best way possible.

-Collaborate effectively across internal teams, especially with our operational teams, to ensure a smooth experience for our clients and to solve issues early on.

-Spot and qualify potential upsell and contribute directly to our company’s growth.

-Gain deep industry knowledge and become an expert on both international transportation and your customer’s business to become their trusted advisor.

Who are you ?

  • You have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales & are comfortable managing a full sales cycle.
  • You have already experienced & enjoy working in a fast-paced & target-driven environment.
  • Proven demonstration of excellent communication skills, drive & customer-centric mindset.
  • You have great interpersonal skills and excel at active listening.
  • You are curious and excited to learn everything about the world of transportation.
  • Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
