Job Description
What does it mean to be an Account Executive at Ovrsea?
You will be joining a dynamic sales team, a team that is the engine of our growth, and where there is a strong emphasis on pedagogy and teamwork. More specifically, as an Account Executive, you will be in charge of managing your own portfolio, from closing a prospect to nurturing a long-lasting relationship. You will be highly autonomous and will contribute to changing the way goods are transported around the world, while always putting your customer first.
What will you do?
-Develop a portfolio of SME and ETI customers with recurring international flows.
-Uphold a consultative approach: understand clients’ pain points and needs, and identify how our platform and services can help them in the best way possible.
-Collaborate effectively across internal teams, especially with our operational teams, to ensure a smooth experience for our clients and to solve issues early on.
-Spot and qualify potential upsell and contribute directly to our company’s growth.
-Gain deep industry knowledge and become an expert on both international transportation and your customer’s business to become their trusted advisor.
