Responsible for our European revenue strategy (France, UK and Germany) your missions will be to :
Identify, enrich, score and priorize companies that match our ICP (e-merchants: e-commerce, marketplace, mobility, BtoC app, Fintech, Insurtech) depending on specific signals (tools stack, web traffic, customer care hirings, fundraising, ads, new market launch…).
Identify, enrich and nurture our buyers personas (C-level, Head of e-commerce, Head of care).
Ensure CRM compliance to ease sales team day to day work.
Define and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our sales and marketing efforts.
Define and develop other lead generation channels (SEO, SEA, Social Ads…).
Improve the site’s conversion rate and propose changes in terms of design and customer experience.
Build the foundation and scale our growth team.
Set up KPI monitoring .

Proven +3 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation, business intelligence, data enrichment, and CRM tooling.
You have already set up at least one B2B acquisition campaign using all the channels at your disposal (e-mailing, paid, search, social etc.).
Hubspot has no secret for you.
Adept at ‘test and learn’, you are ready to implement iterative processes.
Engineer background and/or tech bootcamp (Wagon…) is a plus.
Curious with a strong entrepreneurial, bootstrap, and result-driven mindset.
Experience in team management in a fast-growing company with double-digit annual revenue growth.
Fluent in French and English.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team player, and fun to work with.
