Ogury are very excited to present a unique and thrilling opportunity for some to launch our new Stockholm sales office. You will be responsible for the initial client onboarding, revenue, and subsequent growth of the Swedish operation. This role will suit someone who relishes the opportunity to be part of a country launch from scratch and all the exciting experiences and decisions that come with that. This person will be excited at the prospect of taking on the challenge that a new market brings and making sure that Ogury’s solution becomes a success in another country.
What you will be doing:
Responsible for the achievement of the local revenue, with agencies and clients throughout SwedenLeverage relationships with key clients from other parts of Ogury and sign them in the local territoryRaise awareness of Ogury in the local market by client entertainment, marketing, talks, conferencesBuild a team from the ground up and fill management gaps by building and training individuals and teamsPrepare and implement business plans in partnership with the Managing Director, Nordics (Based in Copenhagen), to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activitiesEnsure that your business is building and maintaining commercial relationships with Swedish brands and agenciesWork closely with Nordic Leadership to boost the company’s brand presence and think of creative ways to strengthen its profileAbout you:
Proven experience in a sales leadership role where you have been selling an ad-tech solution into brands or agenciesYou have a solid and extensive network in the advertising space (main holding companies and brands direct) and are able to leverage these contacts for commercial partnerships for the businessIdeally you have led and managed sales teams before, but you could also be a senior seller, who wants to take the next step in your careerYou understand the operational processes of running a sales business and work effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong decision making ability, you take accountability for yourself and your team and the officePrior experience at creating trade deals in agenciesVast experience and knowledge of the Sweden market as a wholeAt Ogury we are a group of creative thinkers and action-takers that thrive in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
