    Be the first point of contact to all employees relating to day to day employee HR queries (absences, disciplinary, visas, etc)Support People teams and managers on various topics related to labour law Manage the local administrative HR requirements, HR administration: take in charge of new hires and terminations, create employment contracts and addendums, healthcare coverage subscriptions etc.

    Audit our currents contracts and propose improvementsBuild and maintain a highly effective and collaborative partnership with our payroll providerCollaborate with the team to suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR Department and organisation as a whole and to ensure and enhance best practiceMaintenance of employee filesCoordinate the payment of HR related invoicesAdvise and conduct litigation proceduresEnsure to maintain compliance with country regulations concerning HR, labour aspectsDraw-up and implement data accuracy improvement and maintenance action plan. 

    Perform monthly data audit and take appropriate actions to correct inconsistenciesMonitor maintenance of and proactively take initiatives to enhance/automate HRIS, working closely with EU and Global HQ HRIS teamsEnsure to maintain good employee relationsManage the training plan and the development of employees’ skills

    Strong experience in similar position (at least 5 years experience)

    Excellent written and verbal French and English communication skills, other languages would be an asset.

    Extremely rigorous and attentive to detail since you will manage confidential matters independently making you a very reliable partner for all employees

    Flexible, self-starter and proactive who can work independently and has an interest in different aspects of Human Resources.

    Be team spirit oriented with a constructive and positive mindset

    Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
