On this position, you would be reporting to Global People Operations Director and work closely with other HR Teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact to all employees relating to day to day employee HR queries (absences, disciplinary, visas, etc)
  • Support People teams and managers on various topics related to labour law Manage the local administrative HR requirements
  • HR administration: take in charge of new hires and terminations, create employment contracts and addendums, healthcare coverage subscriptions etc.
  • Audit our currents contracts and propose improvements
  • Build and maintain a highly effective and collaborative partnership with our payroll provider
  • Collaborate with the team to suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR Department and organisation as a whole and to ensure and enhance best practice
  • Maintenance of employee files
  • Coordinate the payment of HR related invoices
  • Advise and conduct litigation procedures
  • Ensure to maintain compliance with country regulations concerning HR, labour aspects
  • Draw-up and implement data accuracy improvement and maintenance action plan
  • Perform monthly data audit and take appropriate actions to correct inconsistencies
  • Monitor maintenance of and proactively take initiatives to enhance/automate HRIS, working closely with EU and Global HQ HRIS team
  • Ensure to maintain good employee relations
  • Manage the training plan and the development of employees’ skills
  • About you:

  • Strong experience in similar position (at least 5 years experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal French and English communication skills, other languages would be an asset
  • Extremely rigorous and attentive to detail since you will manage confidential matters independently making you a very reliable partner for all employees
  • Flexible, self-starter and proactive who can work independently and has an interest in different aspects of Human Resources
  • Be team spirit oriented with a constructive and positive mindset
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
