About the role

As a Program Management Officer, you will ensure the product governance among our 7 programs is streamlined at best. You will also evangelize/enforce our internal best practices and industry standards within product and engineering teams.

This position is about making sure the R&D department reaches its Operational Excellence targets. You will become the go to person on how the R&D is organized and operates. In the long run, you'll gain knowledge of Ogury's products and might be more involved in the coordination of a particular Program.

What you will be doing

  • Ensure the alignment of critical principles among our Product Programs (7 programs currently: Personified, Supply + Privacy, Creative Studio, Programmatic, Trafficking (AdOps / AdDelivery), Algos, Sales Force)
  • Facilitate and identifies means to better coordinates the programs
  • Enable Program and Product Managers to properly maintain their Portfolios of initiatives
  • Evangelize on best practices around software development lifecycle and prioritization
  • Maintain and enhance the reporting habits of Program Managers (quanti & quali)
  • Promote an agile and lean mindset outside the R&D department
  • Coordinate global communication instances for the R&D department
  • Provide CTO, CPO, Heads of Product & Engineering with meaningful data to measure the progress and identify needed arbitrations

    • About you

  • Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies (from Waterfall to Scrum)
  • Experience in Data Analysis and reporting (SQL is a bonus)
  • Resource allocation and capacity planning
  • Practiced Scrum or other agile frameworks
  • Knowledge / understanding of Engineering Excellence and related KPIs
  • Strong oral and written skills in english (for training, process enforcement and evangelization of best practices)
  • Identified as the SPOC on how Product Programs operate
