The Role
Ogury, is currently undergoing a period of expansion and is looking to hire a Product Manager for the Web Inventory squad. This squad is part of the Engagement Tribe which depends on the integration of the Data, Brands and Publisher initiatives to optimize our work to successfully deliver advertiser value.
You will be in charge to extend and support features that are part of our in app offers.
That means that you will help Sales teams to attract Premium Publishers and help optimize their yield to make better revenue. This role is crucial as it is a big challenge for our 10.000 Publishers, to serve 10 millions of ads everyday and change advertising by being fully transparent to our customers.
What you will be doing
- You will drive the product development forward. In this context, you will be sharing the responsibilities of the product specifications (Epics, User stories…)
- You will be working with the Tech Lead to drive the team and closely with the Product Manager involved in this project
- You will develop, qualify and maintain the product backlog
- You will monitor the product development on a daily basis using agile methodology (grooming, sprint planning, daily meetings, demo, retro, …)
- You will lead the documentation and knowledge sharing about your product
- You will make sure your products meet all business requirements before GA (General Availability)
- In some cases, you will be involved along with sales and success teams with publishers to deeply understand the market needs, that means you could also deal directly with Publishers for better understanding of the market/their needs.
- You will help define technical solutions with the team, follow the sprint releases, test and inform peers of the successes and problems.
- You will follow sprint metrics and releases, test that the results match the acceptance criterias and manage straightforward product issues.
- You will learn product processes and actively seek knowledge about the business and how to improve our actual products.
