About the role:

We’re building out our FP&A team, to improve the Financial support that we’re able to provide to our business partners and this role will focus on HOW we do that. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference at a rapidly growing scale-up company.

What you will be doing

  • Support the monthly Board pack (P&L & BS) by reviewing subsidiary gap analysis (Actual vs Budget) and group commentary in collaboration with local entity Finance Managers
  • Participate to the production of monthly and quarterly analysis packages (Board pack, Quarterly Business review, Weekly report…) for senior executive management (CFO, CRO, Board) with the willingness to continue to improve our current business analysis databases and reporting
  • Pulling data from Salesforce/Tableau in order to analyze the following : booked revenue, daily delivery trends, margin trends
  • Maintenance and improvement of our forecasting tool (Workday Adaptive Planning) : Analytical structure update, cash flow automation,
  • Harmonizing processes for management reporting across countries and departments
  • Collaboration with Finance Managers to build in depth analysis (R&D, HR…)
  • You will become a key member of our FP&A team (Currently 2 in Paris, 1 in New York)

Preferred experience

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac +5 – business school or university with major in Finance preferably)
  • Previous internship experience in Finance or FP&A highly recommended
  • Good knowledge of P&L and general accounting processes & procedure
  • High proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High interest for information systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Well organized and analytical. We’re looking for a quick learner keen to ask questions and improve its contribution to the team.
