At OCUS, the Finance team is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy, ensuring robust accounting practices, and monitoring overall financial performance.
As a Finance Operations Intern, you will contribute to the efficient execution of day-to-day financial activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This internship offers a comprehensive and hands-on learning opportunity across key areas of finance — including operational finance, reporting, and accounting. Working closely with the Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer, you will gain valuable exposure to both local and international financial processes, while contributing to the continuous improvement of tools and workflows.
Financial Operations Management
Manage daily financial operations including processing supplier and customer invoices, handling payments, and monitoring collections
Manage customer invoicing for both France and international markets
Manage payment processes and support cash flow management
Reinforce cross-functional accounting tasks and contribute to process improvements
Serve as a point of contact with external accountants in France and the US
Financial Tools & Systems
Manage and optimize financial tools such as Spendesk, PandaDoc, and others
Use and explore various tools including Spendesk, Hubspot, Looker, Quadra, Sellsy, Hyperline, Google Sheets, and more
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Assist with monthly financial closing activities
Support financial reporting activities, including participation in monthly reporting and KPI analysis (turnover, gross margin, net margin)
Assist in budget preparation and follow-up
Profile
Currently pursuing a degree in accounting/finance from a business school, DCG, Master CCA, or equivalent university program
Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment
Strong Excel skills
Curious and investigative mindset, with a knack for problem-solving
Fluent in French and English
Proactive, autonomous, and eager to learn
Available for an apprenticeship/alternance with a schedule including 2 to 3 days per week on-site at our office
