Co-founder of NeoLynk, Rafik is responsible for technical and organizational direction. He actively participates in our recruitment process, and meets with all our future consultants to define their objectives with them. Once the NeoLynkers are in place, Rafik, the team referents, as well as the business referents, support them in defining their personalized career plan. He is also responsible for improving the technical and methodological aspects of our consultants. Finally, he occasionally works with our clients in support of NeoLynkers or on audit assignments.
Anis, Sales Engineer at NeoLynk for the last 5 years, assists NeoLynk's customers and consultants towards a common success. By understanding customer needs, he knows how to meet them by combining them with a suitable profile capable of meeting the challenges announced. His follow-up and his listening skills allow an improvement in technical competence in an environment supportive of the creation of values.
