🧑‍💻 Why do we need you?

As a Growth Engineer, you will join moka.care’s Marketing team as its engineering arm.

You will build the bridges to scale a sustainable and efficient growth engine for moka.care.

You will be our technical expert and the first person in this type of role.

Brace yourself, there will be challenges, iterations and tons of opportunities to grow.

Daily you will :

1. Build a Sustainable Growth Automation Engine

- You will build & maintain all outbound & inbound automation programs

- You will reframe our lead scoring & workflow processes to scale lead generation

- You will test growth experiments (e.g. leveraging good NPS for referral requests) and scale what works

- You will optimize our growth stack and support the sales & marketing ops team to reach our best internal productivity

2. Manage our Website

- You will optimize our website, with a special focus on owning the lead generation as we develop into the self-serve space

- You will build on Webflow our landing page machine for all campaign needs (SEO, event, ads)

3. Own our Growth & Marketing Analytics

- You will be responsible for all growth & marketing performance analytics

- You will derive insights and recommend solutions to define the right growth and marketing mix for moka.care over time

- You will build connections between the databases used by Product, Sales, Customer Care and Marketing

Your projects in the first 6 months will focus on acquisition and could include: taking control over our website, rebuilding the growth performance foundations and automating our self-service program.

In the longer run, you can expect to impact on the full AARRR funnel.

Tools :

Daily, you’ll use and master our current growth & analytics stack: Hubspot, Webflow, Zapier, Linkedin Sales Navigator, PhantomBuster, DropContact, Lemlist, GA, Metabase.

You will proactively suggest more advanced tools and optimizations along the way.

📇 You’re the ideal person if:

  • You are a Growth Engineer with 3+ years of experience in the tech industry or you are a career switcher with 5+ years of experience, who recently graduated from technical bootcamps
  • You have strong technical skills to master from day 1 our current basic growth & analytics stack (see above). You have know how to simplify processes with low/no-code skills
  • You are a data-driven doer and an analytical problem-solver
  • You are able to navigate uncertainty in a fast-paced business environment
  • You have communication & interpersonal skills: you know how to collaborate with teammates with non-technical backgrounds as well as our tech & product experts. We have strong copywriters within the marketing team so your collaboration with them will work the magic out (you are not asked to own the messaging)
