We are seeking a Business Developer to be based in our Paris office, who will play an active role in our growth and support the swift adoption of our retail media solution, Mirakl Ads.

You act as a key player of Mirakl customers' growth by recruiting and onboarding strategic advertisers on their Retail Media programs.


Your Impact:

As Business Developer for Mirakl Ads, you will be in charge of developing Mirakl retail media activities through business development and account management activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Defining growth strategy with Mirakl Marketplace operators business owners (targets, propositions, action plans) aiming to maximize both the volume of active players and the value invested in advertising solutions
  • Leading business development operations though appropriate offers and acquisition channels (1to1, 1tomany)
  • Negotiating and convincing advertisers to rapidly start on the platform
  • Supporting and training them to create advertising campaigns and to optimize them trough available product features and data based recommendations
  • Monitoring both operator ads income evolution and performance of key advertisers
  • Constantly animating the ads ecosystem with offers, recommendation’s analysis aiming to secure understanding of ads value proposition and business dynamic
  • Being the voice of the advertisers, understanding new business needs in order to develop news features or advertising products

    Key requirements:
  • You have a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
  • A prior experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management is mandatory
  • Experience in online advertising is preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • You have an appetite for commercial prospection and B2B relationships
  • You are a highly business-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
  • Fluency in French and English languages is required.
