The team focuses on onboarding our (many) new clients and making sure that they know how to use MakiPeople to its fullest potential. As MakiPeople is gearing up for ever more exciting times, the team is also focusing on setting up our Customer and Candidate department, designing, improving and implementing our onboarding processes and tools.
As our clients renew and are fully set-up, we are building our Customer Success expertise to help them maximise MakiPeople’s impact, increase their satisfaction and help them get the best RoI out of MakiPeople.
We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to join our dynamic Success team. You’ll support our Customer Success function by helping analyse client data, prepare performance insights, and ensure clients are getting maximum value from our platform. This is a great opportunity to learn how leading companies use AI to optimise recruitment and to contribute meaningfully to their success.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in analysing client usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations to support customer conversations.
Help maintain accurate records across internal systems and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
Learn how to navigate our AI hiring platform and support clients in understanding its impact.
Collaborate with different teams (Product, Sales, Support) to ensure a great client experience.

A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.
A high level of French is a plus.
