Design Team

Our Design team shapes the entire experience for recruiters and candidates, turning ambitious ideas into polished, intuitive products. They don’t just hand off mockups — they’re embedded in every stage of the process, from early research to final implementation.

We rely heavily on AI to move fast and design smarter. Tools like Figma Make help us generate and iterate on complex design systems in record time. Prototyping platforms like Lovable let us validate concepts and fine-tune interactions before a single line of code is written. For research, we combine OpenAI O3 and deep search to distill insights from vast amounts of qualitative and quantitative data, uncovering patterns that inform better decisions.

Designers here partner closely with Engineering and Product to launch new features, evolve existing workflows, and elevate the entire Maki platform. Whether refining the smallest detail or reimagining entire flows, our team pushes the boundaries of what great design can do — and uses the latest AI tools to get there faster.
