The position

Job description

The mission of the head of Growth is to enable an exponential and sustainable growth for Luko, to build a multi billion € consumer tech company to help people live at home happily, safely & confidently .

  • Scale Luko’s performance marketing >3x Yoy
  • Build a unique performance org & growth machine with a data-obsessed culture
  • Constantly test new acquisition levers (new channels, product features, out-of-the-box partnerships etc), learn & scale fast
  • Coordinate with the Product, Data, Customer Success, Machine Learning, Growth Engineer & Brand teams to find tomorrow’s growth levers
  • Optimize our conversion rate, develop retention & up-sell to improve Unit Economics
  • Scale & keep building a top level Growth team
  • Define & apply our growth playbook to scale all over Europe & beyond

Preferred experience

Who are you?

Must have

  • You spent 5-8y leading growth teams in fast-growing European or global B2C start-ups (series B and +)
  • You have a holistic knowledge of performance marketing levers (ex: SEO, Search, Social, affiliation, partnerships)
  • You have a deep understanding of data for growth, tracking & attribution challenges
  • You like being pragmatic - sometimes even scrappy - in execution to test & learn fast (eg Zapier has no secrets for you)
  • … but you’re also able to build a strategic vision, plan complex multi-channel campaigns, forecast results and budgets
  • You have built and developed top-level Growth teams internationally, you know how to bring out the best in your team while ensuring a friendly & caring work atmosphere
  • You are energetic but also sincerely humble and you want to sell meaningful products that have a positive impact on people’s lives :)
  • Fluent English speaker

Nice to have

  • Branding, Partnerships or CRM knowledge
  • French speaker
  • Familiarity with our stack : GTM, Snowflake, Looker, Intercom, Zappier, Bubble, Prismic
