    Job description

    At Luko, Lukooms’ forces are divided into 3 tribes, set up on a product-based organisation. Each tribe has its own roadmap with a product manager and a dedicated tech team: The MRR tribe that focuses on Luko’s growth via the acquisition of new customers, the NPS tribe is aimed at delighting our users throughout the whole life of their contract - claims included, and the TPM tribe that works on building the best connected devices and services to protect our homes.

    As part of the NPS Tribe (Net Promoter Score), you are the point of contact for our customers. Together with the tech team, the Claims team and the Customer Service team, you are responsible for always providing the best service to our customers: simple, transparent and caring. As a Business Operations intern you will be joining a team focused on scaling up one of the hottest B2C startup in Europe!

    Growth & Strategy

    • You will work on strategic analysis and dashboarding
    • You will participate in launching and scaling new “vertical” products and in particular our repairmen and expertise networks
    • You will support growth by proposing and creating new operational processes across all our operations teams (CS & Claims)

    Analyticals and data skills

    • You will learn to query, automate and scale reporting
    • You will research open source data to backup your decisions

    The objective? Learn and be challenged every day by the team to set up impactful solutions.

    Preferred experience

    Who are you?

    Hard skills

    • A first experience in startup (appreciated)
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in French AND English
    • Very analytical: mastering command of Excel and ideally some SQL knowledge

    Soft skills

    • Entrepreneurial culture & problem solver
    • Extremely rigorous and methodological
    • High degree of autonomy, drive and energy
    • Getting things done attitude, self starter with willingness to roll up sleeves and execute fast
    • Creative, able and willing to come up with ideas outside the box
