Tu travailleras main dans la main avec la Area Manager BENELUX et tu la soutiendras dans ses activités quotidiennes. Ton domaine d’activité est très varié.

Tes principales missions seront :

1) Marketing :

• Mise en place d’opérations originales pour la notoriété et l’image de marque : partenariats, collab…
• Conception de supports de communication pour améliorer l’expérience client (colis, cartes, dépliants…)
• Création et adaptation de contenu pour des campagnes publicitaires
• Briefer des créatifs visuels et adapter des visuels existants
• Créer et programmer des campagnes d’e-mailing
• Animer les réseaux sociaux néerlandophones

2) Site internet :

• Webmastering et mise à jour des visuels et contenus selon le calendrier marketing,
• Participation à l’identification et la définition d’optimisations pour adapter le site néerlandophone aux utilisateurs locaux

3) Service Client :

• Soutenir l’équipe SAV pour les demandes niveau 2 et pendant les temps forts
• Proposer des optimisations de service pour les clients néerlandophones

4) Veille et reporting :

• Benchmark digital et veille concurrentielle sur la mode enfant,
• Suivi des tendances dans les domaines family, mode enfants & curated fashion
• Reporting hebdomadaire (CRM, Social Media) et analyse des actions menées

You will work hand in hand with the Area Manager BENELUX and support her in her daily activities. Your area of activity is very varied.

Your main tasks will be :

• Setting up original operations to increase brand awareness and image: partnerships, collaborations…
• Design of communication tools to improve the customer experience (parcels, cards, leaflets…)
• Creation and adaptation of content for advertising campaigns
• Briefing visual designers and adapting existing visuals
• Create and schedule e-mail campaigns
• Animating Dutch-speaking social networks

2) Website :

• Webmastering and updating of visuals and content according to the marketing calendar
• Participation in the identification and definition of optimisations to adapt the Dutch website to local users

3) Customer Service :

• Support the after-sales team for level 2 requests and during peak times
• Propose service optimisations for Dutch-speaking customers

4) Monitoring and reporting:

• Digital benchmark and competitive intelligence on children’s fashion
• Follow-up of trends in the family, children’s fashion & curated fashion sectors
• Weekly reporting (CRM, Social Media) and analysis of actions taken

Je werkt hand in hand met de Area Manager BENELUX en ondersteunt haar in haar dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Jouw taken zijn zeer gevarieerd.

Uw belangrijkste taken zullen zijn:

1) Marketing:

• Naamsbekendheid vergroten via partnerschappen, samenwerkingen…
• Ontwerp van communicatiemiddelen om de klantervaring te verbeteren (pakketten, kaarten, folders…)
• Creatie en aanpassing van inhoud voor reclamecampagnes
• Briefing van visuele ontwerpers en aanpassing van bestaande visuals
• Creëren en plannen van e-mailcampagnes
• Animeren van Nederlandstalige sociale netwerken

2) Website :

• Webmastering en bijwerken van visuals en content volgens de marketingkalender
• Deelname aan de identificatie en definitie van optimalisaties om de Nederlandse website aan te passen aan lokale gebruikers

3) Klantenservice:

• Ondersteuning van het after-sales team voor verzoeken van niveau 2 en tijdens piekuren
• Voorstellen van serviceoptimalisaties voor Nederlandstalige klanten

4) Monitoring en rapportage:

• Digitale benchmark en competitive intelligence over kindermode
• Opvolgen van trends in de sectoren familie, kindermode & curated fashion
• Wekelijkse rapportage (Social Media) en analyse van genomen acties.

• Etudiant(e) Bac +4/5, tu as idéalement une première expérience en digital 👍
• Tu possèdes un excellent niveau de communication écrite et orale en Néerlandais
• Intégré(e) à une start-up, tu es débrouillard(e) et rigoureux(se) 🧐
• Tu adores mener plusieurs projets en même temps 💪
