We are looking for a Commercial & Trade Marketing Assistant for the France & Middle East region who will closely work with our Area Manager and Sell-Out Manager. 
As a member of our amazing commercial team, your role will be to maximize brand visibility to reach our sales targets. You will be collaborating with the internal teams (Area Managers; Marketing; PR and Training) to develop and execute the local trade marketing strategy across Europe within our own channels and in partnership with our retailers and distributors. In this role you will have an overview of all the different sales channels: wholesale; retail; e-retail and distributors.  
We are looking for a person that will be both analytical and creative with an interest in the beauty industry! 


Local trade marketing strategy
Develop with the Sell-Out Manager the local trade marketing plan based on the global brand strategy, adapting it to local strategy and constraint.
Collaborate with the internal teams and external partners to deploy product launches strategy on all touch points: from PR & Influence; to in-store (Retail & Wholesales) animation, as well as in our E-retail channels.
Be a key asset to contribute to the brand visibility.
Follow launches from start to finish and analyze their performance.

Clients communications  
Create monthly newsletter for our worldwide wholesale clients & business partners. 
Be responsible to communicate for clients & key partners have all product information in due time. 
Build launches communications to our key stakeholders. 

Business & Sales Analysis 
Be responsible to collect monthly sell-out numbers and deliver monthly analysis.
Create the post launches analysis collecting qualitative and quantitative data. 
Prepare ad-hoc sales analyses for key presentations. 

Training and Administration 
Assist the Sales team in the organization of internal and external meetings. 
Manage the stock held in the office for special purposes (training, special orders…), ensuring novelties are available.  
Assist in registering new products to comply with regulations and information systems. 
Assist on ad hoc administrative tasks for the sales team. 

Retail assistance one day a week 
Punctually support the team in advising clients (mostly international) to reach sales targets, working on all product categories including the Byproduct one. 
Punctually contribute to the maximization of the store KPI’s. 

This list is non-exhaustive and may vary depending on business priorities. 

Your key interlocutors for all of the above:  
Area Managers.
Internal teams: Marketing; PR and Training.
Distributors and Wholesale clients.

Preferred experience


You have a good overall business understanding, an interest in the beauty industry is a plus. 
You have a dual interest in both Sales and Marketing: you have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers, and you are also interested in marketing and in-store operations. 
Your interpersonal and analytical skills, along with a solid sense of rigor, will pave the road to success in this job. 
You would say you are enthusiast, curious, proactive, and able to adapt easily to any situation. 


You are a Bachelor or Master student in a Business School or University, looking for an internship starting in July, for 6 months. 
You can provide an internship agreement from your school/university. 
You ideally have a first experience in the Beauty and/or Luxury industry, in Sales or Marketing. 
You are fluent in French and have a good level of English. 
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (specially in Excell & powerpoint).
