In an already established Team inside our client’s premises, you will be joining the department in charge of designing the /API/Suite platform, which will include tasks such as:

• Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services and usage of end user products.

• Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management and conduct alignment meetings between all BUs.

• Size specification and validation work and coordinate with DEV for an end to end sizing.

• Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Documents, Product Specifications and Detailed Screen designs and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.

• Validate the product to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity, and give sign off

• Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating and prioritizing reported incidents.

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience in a similar position (ideally 3-5 years),

• Practical knowledge in scope of business analysis area for IT solutions

• Experience with Salesforce

• Nice to have: Azure DevOps, Scrum & Agile Methodology

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
