The position

Job description

Role Description:

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer and with a global view on Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving strategic go-to-market initiatives, supporting product positioning and managing our communication and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing:

  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on market research and customer insights.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to understand product roadmap and translate features into customer benefits.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to inform positioning and differentiation.

  • Enable the sales team with effective sales collateral, battle cards, training sessions, and demos.

  • Create compelling campaigns, assets, and thought leadership.

  • Own product marketing metrics such as adoption rate, feature usage, customer retention, and NPS.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and future marketing initiatives.

Event and branding/ communication:

  • Develop a communication plan to promote the events and measure the impact.

  • Manage the organization and promotion of the different events.

  • Social Media management


Preferred experience

Who are you ?

  • You own a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B product marketing for technology products, preferably within the cybersecurity sector.

  • You demonstrate a proven ability to craft compelling messaging and execute successful product launches.

  • You value the strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • You have excellent communication skills in both English and French, written and spoken.

  • You have a creative mindset, with a drive to explore innovative channels and approaches.

  • You have strong analytical abilities, with a focus on identifying signals and metrics that can be translated into actionable KPIs.

  • If you have some experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
