InterCloud is looking for his or her Program Director to be responsible for the overall coordination and management of many projects with the support of teams under his or her responsibility.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, your missions will be the following:

Ensure the transversal coordination of the Engineering team

• Have the ability to lead people and get results through others
• Stimulating and encouraging the creativity and the production of the teams by guiding them in their mission
• Have to build strong working relationships with actors at all levels
• Manage the human workload attribution and assignments to the different streams coming from the Business support

Manage the physical assets

• Guarantee that the technical inventories are up-to-date and accurate
• Create the process of the capacity planning (InterCloud’s Backbone and all network and system services)

Create and promote the Quality Assurance process

• Producing the right set of collaterals (Guides, Architecture documents, Referential, …)
• Write the QA process building blocks, promote it
• Challenge the QA process with customers and other departments
• Be the validator of Engineering deliverables quality (docs, releases, tests, …)

• Be an excellent team player and have strong focus for developping people’s skills
• Have at least 10 years of experience in a similar area
• Be focus on conflict resolution and team collaboration
• Have great analytics skills and be ready to take action
• Have a previous experience about handling financial management ( Budgets and P&L)
• Know Networks and Network equipments
• Have PMP or ITIL certification
