In the engagement team, you will serve as the foundation of client connections. Assuming the role of an engagement manager, you’ll foresee potential challenges, engage with both outside and internal stakeholders, create and oversee implementation strategies, lead the execution of project plans, and aid in recognizing client requirements.
What would you be doing
Directly manage the delivery, implementation and success of our largest customers projects, with cross-functional support from internal teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering & Sales)
Design bespoke business strategies to solve large corporate challenges using AI solutions
Own the transition from solution deployment to production to ensure scalability by leveraging agile tools and methodologies
Contribute in different stages of the project lifecycle (project methodology, SoW, business case development, etc.)
Manage client relationships from the C-suite to daily users of the solution while working in collaboration with them
Provide guidance to specific clients’ business transformation initiatives and requirements to enable their adoption of Qantev’s AI driven solutions
Collaborate with the Sales team identifying opportunities for cross-selling, scoping clients’ needs and increasing market understanding
Feed customer and market insights back to the rest of the company, to help design the next generation of AI products
Think critically about engagement practice processes and strategic frameworks, drive continuous improvement
Become an expert - and evangelist for – Qantev’s technologies and the capabilities of machine learning
What you need to succeed
+5 years of experience in top consultancy firm, knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
Experience in project management and/or implementation of data, IT and/or SaaS projects
Fluency in English is a must. Additional languages are a plus (Chinese, Thai, Japanese).
Communicate effectively with both internal and external audiences, including large clients and senior executives
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (scale-ups)
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex implementation projects
Have a keen eye for clear & comprehensive corporate presentations, you need to strive for excellence
Endowed with a great sense of humor and ready to collaborate with teammates
