• Be the reference point of contact of these partners
• Pilot partnership with partners and ensure good relationship with the network
• Develop the network according to the geographical and operational needs

Implementation of international projects

• Actively participate to the deployment, follow-up and production of multinational projects
• Implementation of processes to structure the activity (eg: communication, reporting)
• Guarantee the quality of services provided locally
• Work together with the commercial team to ensure a good customer experience
• Follow-up client’s claims with the Quality Department

Contribution to Business Development

• Participate in the international development strategy
• Participate in the sales process alongside with business developers (proposal, defenses, etc.)

• Bilingual English (working language) and French ; other language skills would be a plus
• Relational and multicultural skills
• Organization, problem solving and methodologies
• Team spirit
• Negotiation skills
• Expertise in project management and process definition, in international context would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in HR, intellectual projects and/or consulting field would be a plus
