Hublo modernizes human resource management in healthcare.

The last 18 months have shown that unplanned absences and staff management difficulties have become a major issue for healthcare facilities.

Today, healthcare professionals lack simple and efficient HR tools. Recruitment, replacements, remuneration… managing staff is time-consuming and stressful.

Our mission at Hublo is to create digital tools that make the daily life of healthcare professionals easier, so that they can focus on their own mission: take care of patients.

To keep going with this main goal, we just completed a €22 million Series A round, to :

  • continue technical developments of our product to meet the growing expectations of healthcare facilities
  • launch Hublo in 4 new European countries during the next 18 months, and become the leader in HR management for healthcare facilities in Europe
  • continue to support the 3,200 healthcare facilities that already trust us, and take care of our 430,000 users
  • recruit, by the end of 2023, 200 talents in every department of our company: technical and product development, sales, project management, data, finance, HR, marketing…!

Job description

To sustain Hublo growth acceleration in France and abroad, we need to position better our product on the market, and to communicate efficiently about our new or existing features, to both our prospects and users.

At the crossroads of the marketing and product teams, you work directly with the Head of Marketing and the Head of Product to enable our teams to articulate and communicate the best value proposition to our customers and prospects !

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Market intelligence

    • Benchmark and conduct market & competitive intelligence to enable better product positioning,
    • Build personas and become the subject matter expert when it comes to our customer segments and market,
    • Integrate the specific expectations of prospects, customers and users in each of the current (France, Germany) and future (4 to 6 additional countries in the next 2 years) countries.
  • Value proposition & Marketing launch

    • Define the Go-To-Market strategy: value proposition, commercial objectives, launch schedule, expected impact,
    • Build the key messages that resonates with our market, drive acquisition, and encourage features adoption and retention,
    • Coordinate product launches with cross-functional teams (CSM, marketing, sales, product),
    • Monitor launch metrics.
  • Teams enablement

    • Evangelise internal teams about the product,
    • Create content and tools to support all teams communication (customer success, sales, customer support…).

Preferred experience

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, including a significative (3 years at least) experience in a B2B Saas company;
  • You are fluent in French and English. Another language is a +;
  • You are experienced on products operating internationally;
  • You are a team player with a great spirit, organised, thorough and who has the ability to work with autonomy, taking ownership and demonstrating self-initiative.
