Hublo modernizes human resource management in healthcare.
The last 18 months have shown that unplanned absences and staff management difficulties have become a major issue for healthcare facilities.

Today, healthcare professionals lack simple and efficient HR tools. Recruitment, replacements, remuneration… managing staff is time-consuming and stressful.

Our mission at Hublo is to create digital tools that make the daily life of healthcare professionals easier, so that they can focus on their own mission: take care of patients.

To keep going with this main goal, we just completed a €22 million Series A round, to :

  • continue technical developments of our product to meet the growing expectations of healthcare facilities
  • launch Hublo in 4 new European countries during the next 18 months, and become the leader in HR management for healthcare facilities in Europe
  • continue to support the 3,200 healthcare facilities that already trust us, and take care of our 430,000 users
  • recruit, by the end of 2023, 200 talents in every department of our company: technical and product development, sales, project management, data, finance, HR, marketing…!

Job description

As a QA Manual Engineer, you will define and implement the test in front of the global quality strategy to make sure that our CI/CD pipeline is safe and we won’t break anything during a deployment. (+ support the QA Manager in setting up and deploying the QA roadmap).

What you will do:

  • Analyse specifications,
  • Write the tests based on the User stories,
  • Test the application manually

Additionally you will:

  • Be integrated in the development team to help them,
  • Create and maintain test book on all our products,
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to evangelize our quality strategy & vision.

We focus on recent technologies with a constant need for improvement and optimization. It also means a lot of autonomy within teams and collective decision-making. The Engineering team is divided in 6 squads and 3 chapters.

What you will need to be successful:

  • 2 to 5 years of XP as a QA;
  • ISTQB Foundation certification would be a plus;
  • You are a “problem solver” and you are eager to constantly learn new technologies;
  • You are familiar with Scrum, agile process. You have previous experiences with continuous integration and continuous delivery;
  • You want to do good tests by following best practices;
  • You are a team player and you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
