Global Quality Intern: Improving Guest Experience WorldwideResponsibilities:

  • Manage and address guest reviews from various platforms across our global market. Your designated market may change or expand, providing variety to your role.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure positive outcomes for our guests, hosts, and the company. You'll handle high-level escalations with support and guidelines provided.
  • Monitor, document, and analyze cases to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Escalate high-priority and critical concerns brought up by the guest to the relevant teams

Requirements:

  • Flexible start date; preferably able to start immediately.
  • Excellent English language skills, especially in writing.
  • Malaysian citizenship or legal work authorization in Malaysia.
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to be highly organized.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with critical thinking skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual.
  • Adaptability to changing and evolving processes.
  • Quickly embrace and adapt to new technologies and software
