The position

Job description

You are joining the Human Resources department and will be responsible for supporting growth through talent recruitment for our various projects. You will be trained by recruitment and direct approach hunting experts who will reveal all their secrets to you. You will be in charge of our internships/apprenticeships campaigns and will work in tandem with our Talent Acquisition Officer on our permanent recruitment:

Recruitment:

  • Candidate sourcing

  • Direct approach hunting

  • Prequalification of candidates

  • Participation in interviews

  • Writing interview reports

  • Onboarding management (organizing seminars and following up with employees)

Talent management:

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions on talent management and be able to propose ideas to improve our conditions.

  • Contribute to the development of job descriptions.

School relations & employeer branding:

  • Identify key actions to develop partnerships with target schools.

  • Organize and participate in school forums.

  • Recruit interns and apprentices and monitor their progress.

  • Communicate our HR policy externally (LinkedIn, printing, social media, events)


Preferred experience

You are pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources in apprenticeship (apprenticeship contract only) and ideally have prior experience in recruitment or one of the covered domains.

You have great listening skills, a service-oriented mindset, and can establish trust-based relationships.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, strong writing abilities, and are empathetic.

You demonstrate curiosity and are capable of quickly developing autonomy.
