The position

Job description

Attached to Kelly, Bid & Contract Manager, you will contribute to developing the contractual base and strengthening compliance actions, including topics related to export control.

Contract Management:

  • Establish and/or verify the compliance of contracts for our 4 Business Lines (RADAR, RFID, 5G/6G, and SATCOM).

  • Participate in improving our contractual base.

  • Contribute to drafting our clauses, general terms, or any other legally significant aspects related to our contracts.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance and adherence to current legislation regarding data management and implement an anti-corruption approach.

  • Propose a process to ensure effective management of export control, particularly for the satellite communications market.

Reporting and continuous improvement:

  • Be proactive in proposing ideas to help evolve our processes.

  • Create a dashboard to track our KPIs on each subject.

In this context, you will be required to engage with various stakeholders to gather their needs and also raise awareness about your topics. To achieve this, you will conduct workshops to raise awareness about the impact and necessity of implementing the tools required to comply with current regulations.


Preferred experience

You are pursuing a master’s degree at university or in a business school with a specialization in Law, Political Science, or International Business. You have an initial understanding of compliance-related topics and wish to deepen your knowledge while being supported.

Professional skills

  • Knowledge of contract law and/or compliance.

  • Familiarity with European or international standards.

  • Ability to conduct legal research.

  • English proficiency required both orally and in writing.

Personal skills

  • Rigor, strong writing skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, articulate communication.

  • Proactivity.
