🔎 Role Overview

Boost operational excellence in a fast-growing AI scale-up by driving strategic internal transformation.

As Strategic Operation Manager, you’ll lead strategic projects to implement robust processes and cutting-edge, AI-native tools, maximizing cross-team alignment and accelerating performance. Embedded within the Corporate team and directly reporting to the CFO, your mission is to structure our internal operations for scalability, efficiency, and sustained growth.

🧭 Key missions

Strategic Projects
Lead high-impact initiatives (new processes, tools implementation, reporting and dashboards, post-M&A integration), aligning stakeholders across Finance, HR, Sales, Customer Success, and R&D.

Operational Excellence
Continuously analyze and optimize workflows, boosting efficiency and collaboration through smart tools and processes.

Tool Governance
Own and enhance key platforms (Salesforce, Notion, Google Drive), ensuring robust governance, adoption, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Change Leadership
Act as the driving force behind successful organizational change, facilitating adoption through training and strategic communication.

Preferred experience

✅ Your Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience leading strategic operations or transformation projects in dynamic, fast-growing environments.

  • Proven expertise with tools like Salesforce and Notion, and a passion for leveraging innovative, AI-driven solutions.

  • Highly analytical, rigorous, proactive, business-minded, and able to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Fluent English & French speaker.
