As part of our plan to accelerate our growth in France, we want to reinforce our Strategic Solutions & Offerings team with a Strategic Solution Lead, who will be responsible of large and/or strategic technology outsourcing and transformation deals, from origination to closure.

We are looking for « Rainmakers » Amongst the Native Americans, there were a special few known as the Raimakers, who could make clouds appear and deliver much needed rain. Similarly, our Strategic Solutions team is recognized for its ability to bring out the best of TCS and deliver on the strategic deals that can move the needle on TCS growth and positioning in the market.

Not everybody is born a rainmaker, but all of them share a set of common traits:

·       The ability to abstract customer objectives and challenges, and create a clear and compelling vision of the target state and the transformation solution to achieve these objectives

·       Storytelling skills, both in written and oral formats

·       The ability to collaborate with global and diverse teams across multiple units, functions and geographies, unifying them to deliver right-fit, comprehensive and innovative solutions to our customers

·       The ability to understand both the big picture and the dirty details

·       Creative, pragmatic, problem solving mindset

·       A Doer and hard worker who leads from the front

While everybody with the above traits has the potential to be a rainmaker, the following experiences tend to be good grooming grounds for such rainmakers

·       Broad understanding and experience of digital technologies, products, and services, across business processes, applications and infrastructure, preferably with hands-on exposure to the latest generation, such as Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Automation, Cloud, Distributed and Scaled Agile

·       Experience in complex sales cycles and structured service contracts such as outsourcing and multi-year transformation programs

·       Experience in enterprise architecture, solution design and planning

·       Understanding and experience of innovation and design thinking methodologies

·       Experience of leading initiatives in multi-cultural, cross-functional teams and working remotely, full proficiency in both French and English

·       Graduate education: Engineer / Business schools, MBAs
