THE TEAM

Team Name & Location: Technical Solutions Manager - Paris
Team Composition: 7 TSMs (2 TSMs R&M)
Role Overview: You will be the go-to technical partner for our customers, ensuring successful implementation and continuous value from AB Tasty’s solutions.
Tech Stack & Tools: JavaScript, REST APIs, AB Tasty proprietary tools, Git, Jira, Slack, Confluence.


YOUR MISSION

    • Manage the technical deployment of AB Tasty solutions by guiding implementation through best practices, tailored recommendations, and hands-on support aligned with customer goals.

    • Build and maintain a seamless onboarding process in collaboration with Customer Success Managers, ensuring successful rollouts in a dynamic scale-up environment.

    • Drive product adoption and long-term technical success by aligning closely with Customer Success teams and helping customers translate complex requirements into sustainable solutions.

    • Lead solution design initiatives by developing Proof of Concepts, exploring innovative approaches to customer challenges, and contributing directly to continuous product improvement—especially around Developer Experience.

    • Liaise with internal teams (Product, Engineering, CX) and external stakeholders to translate feedback into actionable improvements and scalable practices.

    • Act as a technical mentor, simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences and advocating for a best-in-class customer experience throughout the lifecycle.


    WHAT YOU WILL BRING

    We’d love to hear from you if you:

      • Proven experience in technical client-facing roles such as Technical Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or consultancy within SaaS, scale-ups, or high-growth tech environments.

      • Confidence in working with modern technologies and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript)

      • Eagerness to teach and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, manage multiple projects in parallel, and deliver tailored, scalable solutions that meet evolving client needs.
