Your role

In a newly created position to ensure efficient client operations management, you will primarily work in the post-negotiation phase, immediately after the signing of Long-Term Recycling Contracts (recycling service sales) and Material Orders (recycled product sales).

1. Coordination of Recycling Collections and Material Orders

  • Facilitate weekly deliveries in collaboration with clients (raw material manufacturers, renowned sports equipment manufacturers, aerospace constructors, etc.) and our US factory (Fairmat's production site) to ensure timely delivery and adherence to contractual terms negotiated by Sales Managers.
  • Support Sales Managers with internal process tracking related to client contract developments (new order gains, integration of new references, geographic expansion, etc.).
  • 2. Ensuring Client Satisfaction:

  • Maintain smooth client relations by offering responsive communication within 24 hours and proactively addressing any incidents or special requests
  • Contribute to continuous customer experience improvement by summarizing client feedback and being attentive to their needs.
  • 3. Administrative Follow-up:

  • Develop and update internal tools (transport tracking, KPIs, etc.) and client materials (displays, guides, reports, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department for client invoicing on an ongoing and semi-annual basis.
  • Your profile

    - Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

    - Sales or Administrative experience preferred

    - You have exceptional communication skills both written and verbally

    - Industrial B2B customer-service orientation preferred

    - Proficient in Google suite, Slack
