What you’ll do

Doctolib is on a mission to transform access to healthcare and is looking for a Senior UX Writer/Content Designer to work on existing and new products.

It’s hard to find a more diverse skill set than the one you’ll find in our Design team: Product Designers, Brand Designers, User Researchers, Design Operations, and 5 UX Writers. 

Yet, all the team members have something in common: they care about providing the best experience to our users. Your role as part of this team will be to set the vision for content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touch
-points. 

Beyond the Design team, you will collaborate with the Strategy and Marketing teams to craft a coherent and simple experience throughout the user journey.

Your mission

New product features

  • Collaborate with Product Designers and Product Managers by creating engaging copy to guide our users. Localize and translate new features for the French market.
  • Craft and own the core narrative for product launches and align with Product Marketing and Go
    -to Market.
  • Participate in and run your own research and testing in collaboration with User Researchers.

Existing product features

  • Improve existing product content based on user feedback with the help of User Research, Sales, Deployment and Customer Support.
  • Audit the product and identify areas where we can provide a simpler and more consistent user experience.
  • Optimize key flows and improve UX metrics and conversion.

Scaling

  • Contribute to our design system, Oxygen, and our product glossary to ensure consistency across our products.
  • Provide guidance to Product Designers and Product Managers during office hours.
  • Spread best UX Writing and Content Design practices throughout the company.

The interview process 

  1. Interview with our Talent Acquisition team (45 minutes)
  2. Portfolio review with Mike Winnington, UX Writing Manager, and another UX Writer (60 minutes)
  3. Case study with Mike and other business stakeholders (90 minutes)
  4. Final interview with Dom Dressler, Design Director (30 minutes)
  5. Reference check and offer
