Designers at Lydia
They own the User eXperience (UX) of a group of product features, making sure whatever flow the user is going through is as efficient as possible (mainly accessibility and affordance) and, eventually, enjoyable. This perimeter includes flow orchestration, UI, wording (UX Writing), and tracking. They reach their objective by monitoring, through tests, live performance indicators, and user interviews, the performance and a good understanding of these flows.
