About you
To sustain the company's growth, Diabolocom is looking for a new talent to lead the Project team, at the very heart of our innovation process.
At Diabolocom, you will:
Lead and manage a team composed for now of 8+ Project Managers providing guidance as needed
Organize the scaling of this team
Synchronize, prioritize and ensure the deliveries of the team’s activities
Review customer orders and coordinate delivery activities
Take proactive steps to make sure that best practices are shared across all project managers and departments
Participate to process improvements of Diabolocom with the other teams: Sales, Account, Product, etc.
Manage few key accounts: analysis of customer requirements, setup of the solution and support client ramp up
What we are looking for:
Engineering School Degree
3+ years' Project Management experience in a web/telecom environment
Excellent oral and written communication in French and English, and ability to summarize
Significant management experience
