🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO

We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive/Manager based in Japan to join our APAC Commercial team. This role focused on expanding our presence across the Japanese hospitality market. You’ll identify new opportunities, connect with hotels, and guide them through the value D-EDGE can offer to their business.

  • Identify and prospect new hotel clients through outbound channels: cold calls, emails, networking, visits, and industry events.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with D-EDGE’s growth ambitions in Japan.

  • Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and recommend tailored D-EDGE solutions.

  • Deliver product demos and presentations that demonstrate clear ROI for hotels.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.

  • Maintain pipeline visibility and sales activity tracking using Salesforce CRM.


    🦸‍♂️WHAT YOU'LL BRING

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality tech or SaaS.

    • Strong understanding of hotel distribution, CRS, or e-commerce platforms.

    • Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English is required.

    • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

    • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

    • Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

    • A passion for travel and hospitality.
