🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO

We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Commercial Executive/Manager based in Vietnam to join our APAC team. This hybrid role combines new sales acquisition and account management, allowing you to both grow our hotel client base and ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of existing customers.

⚡ New Sales Acquisition

  • Identify and prospect new hotel clients using multiple channels: cold calls, emails, visits, events, and social media.

  • Define and execute a proactive sales plan aligned with D-EDGE’s growth strategy in Vietnam.

  • Conduct discovery meetings, present demos, and prepare proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate and close deals, managing the end-to-end sales process.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce.

🤝 Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing hotel clients.
    Build strong, trust-based relationships and proactively identify upsell opportunities.

  • Ensure clients are fully leveraging the D-EDGE product suite and achieving their KPIs.

  • Handle client queries with professionalism, offering solutions to maximize satisfaction and value.

  • Regularly report on account health and upsell achievements using CRM tools.



🦸‍♂️WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or hotel e-commerce.

  • Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems and hospitality technology.

  • Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English; other languages are a plus.

  • Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce CRM.

  • Solid negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.

  • A proactive and independent mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Team-oriented and highly adaptable, with a client-first approach.

  • Passionate about hospitality and building long-term business relationships.
