Reporting to the head of Corporate practice, you will support us by acting as legal business partner with all our teams to help fulfil their needs by handling group corporate projects and support our growth strategy.

What you’ll do:

Assist us with cross border M&A transactions;

Assist us on strategic corporate law operations (mergers, restructurings, equity transactions, fundraising) in collaboration with local teams (lawyers, advisors, financial teams);

Ensure the company corporate secretary: record keeping, drafting of minutes of the board of directors and shareholders meetings, etc.

Handle the opening of new entities in a broad range of jurisdictions;

Provide support and expertise to the Group & operational teams on issues related to corporate events;

Ensure a permanent watch on corporate law, corporate governance, etc;

More generally, assist the team with day-to-day corporate and business law matter.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Demonstrated ability in corporate law and/or M&A department of a private practice law firm or in-house with an international company;

Solid understanding of corporate law and transactional practices;

Solution oriented, creative, with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment;

You are a strong teammate with ability to collaborate across all functions (mainly finance, HR, and operations teams) and own legal issues across several jurisdictions;

Proactive demeanor in a multifaceted environment;

Proficiency in English and French is required.

Experience within Tech field would also be highly appreciated as well as having proficiency in one or more European languages (apart from French & English)!
