Contentsquare is looking for a full-time SaaS Operations Manager to become an expert on our stack of SaaS applications. You will be part of the IT Team reporting to the Head of IT Operations, based in Paris. The IT mission is to provide services, tools and solutions to Contentsquare employees to enable them to work as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Our SaaS environment is the technical keystone of business-critical workflows and our work environment. As SaaS Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that we have the best tools in place to help our teams continue to innovate and work collaboratively across the globe. We are looking for a unique person with the ability to manage and evangelise our SaaS stack of applications to make sure we are making the most of our tools. 

There are 3 main missions of the SaaS Operations Manager:

Mission 1: Data & SaaS Stack improvement

  • Maintain SaaS Database: most of the data is automatically pulled from different sources, but some info needs to be manually input, curated or validated:
  • ---> General info about the tools

    ---> Contracts

    ---> Expenses

    ---> Internal usage

  • From the raw data, extract knowledge about our stack
  • ---> Define relevant metrics to measure the efficiency of the stack

    ---> Build reports (with the help of the BI team)

    ---> Propose and drive action plans to improve our stack

    Mission 2: Business Partner (Procurement Process)

  • Department Partner:
  • ---> Help the departments during the evaluation phase of the new tools

    ---> Understand the business and the functional needs

    ---> Help in the benchmark phase

    ---> Ask relevant questions and challenge the vendors

    ---> Advise and provide recommendations on the choice

  • Procurement partner:
  • ---> Evaluation of the business need for ad hoc requests

    ---> Offer already implemented alternative

    ---> Be the technical counterpart of the Procurement specialist

    Mission 3: Collaborative Tools Management

  • Vendor relationship
  • ---> Maintain CSM relationship

    ---> Keep tracks of new features

    ---> Drive the resolution of high level problems

  • Tool governance
  • ---> Configure the right settings

    ---> Maintain a clear record of the implemented settings

  • Evangelization
  • ---> Define the strategy for the different tools

    ---> Drive the creation of the knowledge content (with the help of the knowledge team)

    ---> Organize training sessions / webinars (with the help of the CSM) for the employees

    Desired Skills and Attributes

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with stakeholders across business units
  • You have are very comfortable working and administrating SaaS applications
  • Knowledge of SaaS terminology, global practices, contract, market leaders, and  external sources of info.
  • You understand the following acronyms: SSO, SAML, SCIM, ACV, TCV
  • SaaS licensing models are not new to you
  • General knowledge of the modern SaaS ecosystem and trends in SaaS
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Monday, Miro or other SaaS tools
  • Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Rigour and attention to details
  • Nice to have

  • Knowledge in data visualisation
  • Knowledge of Jira administration
  • Advanced utilisation of Excel
