About the job:

Reporting to the VP Corporate Controller based in Paris, you are responsible for the PTP (Purchase to Pay) stream for the entire Group (25+ legal entities across 17 countries). Managing a team of 10 AP accountants based in 4 countries, you are responsible for the Purchase to Pay processes, including Purchasing operations, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expenses, P-card programs. 

What you’ll do:

●  Be responsible for designing, formalizing, implementing and enforcing best-in-class Purchase-to Pay processes across Contentsquare Group globally.

●  Be responsible for all aspects of processing Suppliers invoices, Travel & Expenses, Purchasing Cards, for all the Company’s entities globally

●  Lead and coordinate the PTP team , including Accounts Payables and Purchasing Operations (the latter to be created), based in various geographies (France, US, UK, Israel primarily) to ensure the entire Purchase-to-Pay process is seamlessly integrated, as automated as possible and in a timely manner.

●  Partner with Sourcing teams to ensure best-in-class purchasing experience, for both external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

●  Animate the requestors community, develop relevant training materials and ensure proper and regular communication to all stakeholders.

●   Deploy and improve PTP systems (Ivalua, Concur for T&E) and associated operational processes. Take an active role, as PTP Business Process Owner, in the design and implementation of the new core finance ERP system (Workday Financials) based on standardized best practices approach. 

●  Collaborate with Corporate Accounting teams  to ensure the Company’s monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing is performed accurately and timely, in a Smartclose environment, while ensuring all internal control procedures are performed across your scope.

●  Play an active role in the leadership team of the Corporate Controlling & Accounting  organization, alongside other peer leaders. 

●  Support the integration of acquisitions in accordance with Contentsquare’s PTP process and policies

●  Assist the external audit team regarding all quarterly and annual audit requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance

● Proven track record in leading  Global or Regional PTP operations and management, in international companies and ideally in a Shared Services environment with a global core model.

● Demonstrated experience in people management in international context

● Excellent communication and motivational skills

● Fluent in French & English, both spoken and written.

● Ability, willingness and taste to work in a fast-paced global environment

● Focused on implementing best practices for PTP processes with a strong continuous improvement mindset.

● Proactive self-starter who is disciplined, organized, thorough and has the ability to work with autonomy, attention to detail and proactivity in a team environment. 

● Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, to perform under pressure and meet non-negotiable deadlines

What makes you stand out:

● Experience working in the Tech sector is beneficial but not essential.

● Knowledge of a best-of-breed PTP tool (Ivalua, Coupa, …) is preferred
