ABOUT THE POSITION 

The Position:
To support CFM’s growth, we are looking for a passionate final-year intern to join the project management team within the Technology department. Under the direct supervision of the manager, you will participate in the coordination and administration of various strategic IT projects (Infra, Security, etc.) within our organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking the time spent on ongoing projects and propose improvement solutions.
  • Help facilitate collaboration and communication between different teams (Trading, Predictions, Research, Infrastructure, Compliance, etc.) to ensure proper project coordination.
  • Assist in drafting project documents, including meeting minutes and communication plans with leadership teams.

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university, specializing in project management or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English).
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, and rigorous with a strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and VBA.
  • Strong interest in IT and Information Systems.
  • An interest in the finance sector.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
